Had 2 nights in Birmingham, spending my time here lovely. The room I booked was neat with the sofa bed, red wine, as for instance. The breakfasts were delicious with beans and porridge, as example and all the staff was understanding.

It was a modern place, had excellent staff from the minute we walked in the receptionist. The hotel's location was perfect, just off the waterside restaurants, railway station, and the Bull ring shopping centre.

The twin room was so comfortable, especially the bed. I also loved having an electronic key card, a work desk, and a multi-channel television.
